Mexican Cross

The Spanish catholic influence on the mayan civilization is best seen in the Mexican cross. Even though conquerers tried to do away with the inca culture it merged to creep into the Catholic symbols.

The crosses depict the trinity (in A's 3 lines etc) and the mayan belief in the serous script in the form of four lines. Four small balls and the chakras thus shown in the religion and nature are interlinked.
