Pointed, Aiguise, Urdee, or Urdy Cross, the Passion Cross is a form of Latin Cross with pointer ends, It is also referred to as the Cross of Suffering Representing the nails that Christ suffered at his crucifixion. The French word for sharpened is aiguise, and this cross in heraldry is called the Cross Aiguise or Pointed Cross.
